Summer 2011

I didn't do much blogging this summer because I was sick for most of it so the following is a summary of how Brock spent the last 3 months.

Brock went to summer school in June and July.  It was in a different building and he had a new teacher, Mr. W.  Brock loved summer school and Mr. "duffywoo".  On the last day of school he went on his first field trip, across the street to Rita's Italian Ice. 

Brock and Daddy went to Disney World one time without me.  It's been too hot and crowded to go again. 

In July we went to Alabama to visit Grandmother.  Brock had fun playing with his cousins and his aunts and uncles.

One Friday in July Brock was very sick.  We took him to the emergency room.  Now if he gets sick he wears the mask and is known as Darth Brock.

And the biggest news of the summer is that Brock is potty trained.  He started using the potty in May at home and only had one accident right after that.  He didn't want to go in public bathrooms until recently and now he is only wearing underwear.  We are very proud of him!
