Norah's First Merit Badge
Norah loves Max and Ruby. Ruby and her friend, Louise, are in Bunny Scouts and they earn merit badges for things like bird watching and first aid. Norah loves to talk about merit badges so today we went on a nature tricycle ride in search of five different flowers. We had to find five to get a badge and we found seven!

Legoland
We went to Legoland for the first time last weekend. We spent one day in the theme park and one day at the water park. There is a cute toddler farm themed area that has cute lego animals and people. After a couple of rides Jared and Brock went to ride a roller coaster and Norah played in the barn playground.
We ate lunch at Castle Burger and Brock rode the jousting ride. Norah wasn't old enough for it and was sad.
Norah and I toured Miniland USA. Norah especially liked the ships.
We rode more rides and finished up the day at the splash pads.

Brock Lost His Two Front Teeth
This is Brock on Friday, April 17th. His top front teeth had been barely hanging on for so long and I thought they would surely come out soon so I took this picture before it happened.
On Sunday, April 19th, we were at a play date. Brock was eating his pizza and I was visiting with my friends when I looked over and noticed a big gap. I ran over to see if the tooth was still in his mouth, in all of the partially chewed pizza, but didn't find it.
I was worried the other tooth would come out at school and also be lost forever, but it stayed in all day Monday. Tuesday morning Brock was eating his cinnamon toast and I noticed weird facial expressions, like something foreign was in his mouth. Then I saw the tooth on his tongue and grabbed it as fast as I could. This is the first tooth that has come out on it's own that was saved. We have one tooth that the dentist pulled. He really didn't want me to take his picture.
I got this great picture on Saturday.

Splash Park
Saturday we went to a new splash park. Norah was a little nervous and at first she sat on the bench and watched. After a while she decided she could go play in the water if Daddy went with her. They would go play for 30 seconds and then come back and sit down. After a while she really enjoyed it.
Easter
Here are a few pictures from Easter. A friend of ours had several families over for lunch and an Easter egg hunt. Brock and Norah were dressed in their new Easter outfits from Mimi.
When we got home the kids got their Easter basket treats - mostly stickers for Norah and candy for Brock.
