Old MacDonald Had a Farm

Last week Brock said baa-baa-baa for the sheep and maa-maa-maa for the goat while I sang the Old MacDonald song. A few days later he said nay-nay for the horse. He doesn't talk much so we were very excited. We made these videos last night.

Giggles

Last night Brock was playing in his room by himself. We heard him start to giggle and he began to get more and more tickled. I was able to sneak in and get this video.

Independence Day Weekend

We hope everyone had a great Independence Day! Brock traveled to Grandmother's for a long weekend. We had a little family reunion and Brock met some aunts, uncles, and cousins for the first time. We also got to see Mimi and Boompa.

We celebrated Independence Day at the state park nearby. It was a beautiful day but very hot.

We like to eat!

Mimi and Aunt Bev

Andrea, Grandmother, and Phyllis

Oh, no......not again! Will they ever give up? Even Jared got in on the discussion, although I don't know which side he is on. I didn't want to listen and I don't want to know. After all, this has been going on for almost TWO DECADES!

After the picnic we visited the petting zoo. They had lots of cute animals but Brock wasn't too sure he wanted to pet them. He did pet this cute goat.....

.....but got a little upset when the goat sneezed.

We ended the day with Daddy shooting off fireworks, but Brock was scared so we had to go inside.

Some other activites at Grandmother's:

Playing Tree's guitar

Opening the screen door

Laundry! Brock was very excited to discover he can do laundry at Grandmother's house too.
