Norah is 23 Months Old!

Norah was 23 months old on the 17th and she did NOT want to have her picture made in the beautiful Christmas dress.  And she looked so so so beautiful.

She didn't mind having her picture made a couple of days before in a different Christmas dress.

Santa Visits Our Home

Santa Claus came to our house on Saturday.  Brock was very excited to see him.  He had been waiting all day long.  Santa brought a car track for Brock. 

Norah stayed on the other side of the room.  Her face did light up when she saw the stroller Santa brought her, but she didn't go and get it.  Santa had to keep stretching to hold it closer to her and she finally got close enough to grab it.  She immediately found one of her dolls and started pushing her around the house.

Brock and Norah opened some of their presents from us too.  Brock got a CD player and Norah got a Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.  They also got a train table from Mimi.  Then Santa had to say goodbye. 

 Brock had shopped at his school's Jingle Bell Shop for presents for us.  I had put them under the tree but I forgot about them.  After Santa left and we started to do other things Brock went and got one of them and brought it to Daddy to open.  It was the sweetest thing.  He gave Daddy a screwdriver and he gave me moisturizing footies.  He gave Norah a cute reindeer. 

Christmas Party

Last Friday we went to the Christmas party at Daddy's office.  The kids got to meet Santa and ride in a carriage.  The line for Santa was very long but there were nice decorations to play with.

 Brock was very excited and happy to see Santa.  Norah does not like Santa.

After the party we ate supper and then went to the toy store.  Guess who was at the toy store?!?!?!

Christmas Time is Here!

It's Brock's favorite time of year again.  He helped Daddy get out the Christmas tree and unpack decorations.

Norah hugged everyone.

Every night Brock falls asleep while looking at his Christmas tree.

Every morning when he gets up he goes in the living room and turns on the Christmas tree.  When I go in to see him he is always sitting on the couch with a big smile on his face.

Brock's 6th Birthday Party

 Brock wanted to have a dinosaur party this year so Daddy made an awesome dinosaur cake. 

Brock invited his friends from church to his birthday party.  Yikes!  Large boys are playing basketball in my living room.  I heard Daddy say "NO DUNKING!"

Brock mostly hung out with the girls. 

Then the real fun began: MR. RICHARD!!!!
Before the party I asked Brock what songs he wanted Mr. Richard to perform.  He only told me a couple and most of the ones I suggested he said no to.  But during the concert he requested several songs himself.

Then it was time for cake.  Mr. Richard led everyone in singing Happy Birthday.  The cake was strawberry flavor and Daddy found some special ice cream for Brock.  He loved it!
