Happy 11th Birthday, Brock!

Brock turned 11 years old on the 15th.  We went to the Magic Kingdom to celebrate on the Saturday before his birthday.

On his birthday we had lunch with him at school and a small party after school.

Norah Lost Her First Tooth!

Norah lost her first tooth on Sunday, November 11th.  It was bleeding a lot when she brushed her teeth in the morning and barely hanging on.  It came out during lunch at Qdoba.  Norah decided not to leave her tooth for the tooth fairy.  She wants to keep it forever.

EA Halloween Party

The EA Halloween Party was on Tuesday night.  Brock dressed up as Luke Skywalker and Norah dressed up as Princess Leia.

Pumpkin in a Pumpkin Update

This is the pumpkin on October 29th.

This is the pumpkin today.  It's growing very fast.  

Horses With a Mission Farewell Party

Brock and Norah's horseback riding instructor is retiring and she had a farewell party at the barn on Saturday.  We are sad that Ms. Elaine is retiring but we met some new instructors and they seem very nice.

This is the horse Brock rode most recently.  His name is Louie.

The kids did crafts and ate snacks.  Right after I took the picture of them with their snacks the horse put his head through the fence and almost ate Brock's food.

Goodbye, Ms. Elaine!  We will miss you.

Norah's Pumpkin in a Pumpkin

Norah is a member of the garden club at school.  One of their projects is growing pumpkins inside a pumpkin.  She decorated her pumpkin as Captain Hook.  This week her seeds sprouted and they are growing fast.

Legoland Water Park

We went to the Legoland Water Park on Saturday.  Last week seemed like the hottest week of the year so the water felt great.  The kids love the wave pool and and the lazy river.
