Pirates, Rolling Over, and Da-da-da-da-da

Three things of interest have happened in the last 2 days. First, Brock finally rolled over from his back to his tummy. I didn't get to see it though. He was taking a nap and I heard him making noises so I went to check on him and he had turned to his stomach and was playing with his bongos.

The second thing is Brock started saying "da-da-da-da-da-da". He has been talking quite a bit lately, but it's mostly "aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhh" in different pitches and ending with a very high "eeeeeeeee". It's extremely cute!

And last, tonight Jared and I went to Pirate's Dinner Adventure with one of Jared's high school friends and his family. They have been here on vacation all week. It was fun, but I wouldn't recommend going to this dinner theater over Arabian Nights or Dixie Stampede. The food was just OK and the show was hard to follow. It was hard to understand them and it was hard to pay attention while you are trying to eat your food in the dark. We left Brock at home with our neighbor. It's only the second time we left him with a sitter.
